The Sphericall telecommunications software suite delivers integrated communications to the enterprise desktop. Cisco Systems

Cisco CallManager is the software-based call-processing component of the Cisco IP telephony solution, part of Cisco AVVID (Architecture for Voice, Video and Integrated Data). The software extends enterprise telephony features and functions to packet telephony network devices such as IP phones, media processing devices, voice-over-IP (VoIP) gateways, and multimedia applications.

Asterisk does voice over IP in three protocols, and can interoperate with almost all standards-based telephony equipment using relatively inexpensive hardware. Asterisk provides Voicemail services with Directory, Call Conferencing, Interactive Voice Response, Call Queuing. It has support for three-way calling, caller ID services, ADSI, SIP and H.323 (as both client and gateway).
