Definition of Managed Services:

Managed Services is defined by FrontLine IS as the total ownership of the IT function for the enterprise. FrontLine will proactively monitor, maintain and fix the entire IT Function (i.e. Applications, Operating Systems, Internet Security, Firewalls, Networks, and many more) for the enterprise 24x7x365.
